Victoria studied European Studies in UCC and a year spent in Santiago de Compostela sparked a love of the historic built environment. She subsequently studied town planning and then building conservation, both master's degree courses at UCD.

Victoria is now a PhD candidate at UCD studying designed landscapes. Victoria's talk will focus on the designed landscape of Derrynane.
