Ursula Kilkelly is a professor of law at University College Cork with expertise in international children's rights. A former Dean of the School of Law and Head of the College of Business and Law at UCC, since 2023 Ursula has been the University's first Vice President of Global Engagement, responsible for the University's global strategy.
Ursula is the author of several books, academic articles and research reports, and her work has shaped law and policy relating to children in Ireland and internationally.
